June 20, 2009
3016 W. Logan Blvd

David Keel’s dream-like paintings are like watching an old film strip flicker across your closed eye lids. Penguins dancing with Mariachi men, fisherman in boats floating through streams of flotsam and jetsam. Keel’s many canvases are imbued with layers of stories whose mysteries carry the viewer along from scene to scene as though in a deep slumber. His painterly washes and nubilous characters are beautifully rich, and darkly sensitive.

Please join us for this very special occasion at the grand, historic residence, 3016 W. Logan Blvd.
(Exhibition third floor, refreshments and facilities first floor)
